Complaint Policy
In the event of a defect in the product purchased from the Seller, the Customer has the right to file a complaint based on the warranty provisions of the Civil Code.
The complaint should be reported electronically to the Seller's email address provided in these Regulations.
The complaint should include, among other things, a brief description of the defect, the circumstances (including the date) of its occurrence, the Customer's data submitting the complaint, and the Customer's request in connection with the defect of the product.
The Seller will respond to the complaint request within 14 days.
Return Policy
The right to withdraw from the Agreement and return the ordered Product does not apply to the Customer because the subject of the performance of this Agreement is a non-prefabricated item, a video produced according to the Consumer's specifications, or serving to satisfy their individualized needs.
