Payment and Delivery

When making a purchase in the Hello from Africa online store, various payment methods are available. The order confirmation along with its number will be sent to the email address provided when placing the order after the purchase is completed.

Payment Methods The Customer can use the following payment methods, supported by the online payment operators Przelewy24 and Stripe.

a) Payment by bank transfer to the Seller's account,
b) Electronic payments,
c) Payment by credit card,
d) Payment via BLIK.

When choosing the payment method, an additional fee for using the online payment method in the amount of 1.7% of the total payment will be automatically added.

Delivery Methods and Waiting Time
The completed video will be sent via email. The processing time for your order is up to 3 days. Business days Mon-Sun. Videos are sent Mon-Sun: in the evening hours, around 18:00 - 22:00 (Tanzania).
